Shipping policy

1. Domestic Shipping (USA)

We proudly ship to all 50 states within the United States.

2. International Restrictions

Currently, we do not offer shipping to the following locations:

• Palestinian Territories

• Russia

• Zimbabwe

3. Processing & Production Times

The time it takes to receive your order depends on the type of item purchased:

• Premade Orders: These items are in stock and ready to go. They will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

• Preorders: These items are made to order. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before your order is shipped. Once production is complete, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Important Notes

• If your order contains both a premade and a preorder item, the entire order will ship together once the preorder item is finished production. If you would like the premade item sooner, please place two separate orders.

• Nixeria is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or custom clearances for international orders (where applicable).
